We provide services primarily within the United Kingdom & Ireland but provide services globally and therefore we may transfer your personal information to countries around the world including the US and other countries outside of the UK and Europe. We will, where the country to which your data is to be transferred has not been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection, put in place appropriate safeguards (we use standard contractual clauses) to ensure your information is protected.

Identity Verification to access data

In order to ensure data privacy, we will require copies of identity documents in order to verify your identity and respond to your request. The following forms of ID are accepted: a copy of a National ID card, driving license, passport, birth certificate and a utility bill not older than three months. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required. If we are dissatisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before personal data can be released.
