With the Employment Rights Act (GB) and Good Jobs bill (NI) signalling significant reforms to union access, recognition, consultation, and protections, now is the time for HR and business leaders to understand more about how to work best with Unions and to prepare.

• Covered how to approach industrial relations with greater confidence, clarity, and control.

• Explained how trade unions operate, what drives their approach, and how to engage with them effectively and confidently.

• Provided practical strategies for building more effective and professional industrial relations with trade union representatives.

This session was ideal for HR leaders, directors, and business owners who want to stay ahead of legislative change, protect their organisation, and manage union relationships effectively in the evolving employment landscape.
